Obituary For Gwendolyn F. (Mills) Luxemburger

Age 50, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, of Baldwin Borough.

Beloved wife of James Cameron Luxemburger; loving mother of Makena Elizabeth Luxemburger and Chelsea Camryn Luxemburger; daughter of Donna Jean (Humbert) and the late Regis Francis Mills, Jr.; sister of Melanie (Timothy) Berry and Pamela (Bernard) Veschio. Also survived by mother-in-law, Sarah Luxemburger, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, David, Mark (Maria), Michael (Lisa) Luxemburger and Lynn (Scott) McCullough and 11 nieces and nephews. Gwen loved scrap booking, snow skiing, the beach, and most of all family time. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a blessing service will be held on Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to Children's Hospital Cancer Center at givetochildrens.org.

    I knew Gwen from Gymnastics, CCD and Baldwin Pool. We had many wonderful conversations. She was a beautiful person inside and out. May she rest in peace. My deepest condolences to her family. Keeping them in my prayers.
