Obituary For Helen R. (Roberts) Garver

Age 95, of Baldwin Boro, formerly of Castle Shannon, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.

Wife of the late Roger Garver; mother of Kenneth R. Garver; daughter of the late Frank and Anna Roberts; sister of the late Virginia Zabrosky and Regis, Edward, Francis and Leo Roberts. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and her good friends, Anita (the late Joe) Renk and the late Midge. Helen loved her bowling, casinos and especially bingo. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Monday, April 18, 2022 form 2-6 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Helen's ashes will be interred on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Please meet at the funeral home by 12:15 p.m. to process to Jefferson Memorial Park. If desired, family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 or American Diabetes Association, 100 W. Station Square Drive Ste. 1900, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
