Age 95, of Overbrook, passed away peacefully in his sleep, strong in his faith while holding his rosary on Saturday, June 20, 2026. Beloved husband of 71 years to the late Rose Marie Deffner; loving father of Henry Deffner, II, Kathleen (Dan) Pietroboni and James (Lisa) Deffner; proud grandfather of Megan (Chad) Schneckenburger and Alison Deffner; brother of Thomas Deffner and the late Mary Rose Evans, Joseph Deffner and John Deffner. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Henry served in the U.S.Army during the Korean Era and worked for Kaib Construction until his retirement. He was a carpenter who took great pride in his work and was active in the former St. Norbert Church as an usher. After retirement, he became an avid trout fisherman, who enjoyed reading and puzzles. Friends will be received at the John F.
