Jack's final decode of Federal Service was involved with stewardship environment restoration and disposition of post-cold war weapons production and detonation properties across the United States.

Jack enjoyed a long retirement and used some of the time to pursue remedies to regional environmental problems. He loved to travel, was a lifelong enthusiast of music, cumulating with a 20+ year dedication to the ukulele. During his life, Jack enjoyed snow-skiing, biking, boating, sailing, water-skiing, hiking and attending Jimmy Buffett concerts. For several years, he was an active member of the Pittsburgh Ski Club. Marilyn, We are so sorry for your loss. Jack has been a good friend since we were in high school and our days at Waynesburg College. I will always focus and remember the times we shared when we reconnected later in life. May God be with you and comfort you. Dave and Faith

What can anyone say about Jack? Many years ago at a party he placed colorful balloons on his head and everyone laughed. That's the kind of guy Jack was. Jack was a kind, funny, loved man to so many people. Say 'hey' to Bob for me in glory and share some laughs and memories together.
