Age 72, on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, of Baldwin Borough.Best friend and beloved husband of Mary Ann Mallon Kearns; loving father of John Mallon Kearns; brother of Robert F. (N. Jean) Kearns, Thomas H. (the late Bonnie) Kearns, Donald C. (Maureen) Kearns and the late Richard A. (survived by Judy Korff) and John W. (survived by Larry Parks) Kearns; son of the late Richard W. and Gertrude (Forney) Kearns; godfather of Debbie Kearns Morrow and Michelle Heckel; predeceased by nephews Robert J. Kearns and Jordan Clark. Also survived by generations of nieces, nephews and friends. James' family would like to thank AHN Jefferson Cancer Institute, especially doctors Jason Stepp, Gunj H. Patel and their teams for their care and professionalism. Thanks also to the Wednesday night crew for their love and support. Friends will be received at the John F.
