Loving companion of Susan Greenwalt; former spouse of Theresa Asturi; father of Jason (Teresa) O'Leary, Erin (Colin) Dedes and Jamie O'Leary; stepfather of Ronnie, Jennifer and Justin; son of the late Frank L. and Clara M. O'Leary; loving brother of Frank (the late Kathleen) O'Leary, Patrick (Marjorie) O'Leary, Margaret (John) Guthrie, and the late John Michael (Elizabeth) O'Leary and Eileen O'Leary; Pappy Jim to six grandchildren; also survived by his loving nieces and nephews and many friends. The family wishes to thank 365 Hospice, Ashley, Debbie and Anthony for their compassion to both Jim and his family. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Sunday from 2-8 p.m. where a blessing service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m.
