Age 88, passed peacefully on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, of Oakland.

Husband of the late Margaret "Peggy" O'Donnell; father of Dave (Amy B.) O'Donnell and John O'Donnell; grandfather of Chad and Cassidy; brother of the late Anne Marie (Nunzio J.) Fratangelo. Also survived by his niece Karen Fratangelo. James proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked as a systems analyst for more than 30 years for Allegheny County.
