Husband of Jean Ruffenach Lochner; father of Dr. Janis Lochner (Steve) of Portland, OR, Jeffrey Lochner, Esq. (Judy) of North Huntingdon, PA; grandfather of Wesley, Shane, Talia and Tegan; brother of Kathy Weaver (Brad) of McCandless Township and the late William Lochner (wife - Kay of FL.) Jim was a US Navy Veteran; a partner in the law firm of Lochner and Lochner; former president of the South Hills Rotary; member of the South Hills Country Club and member of St.Gabriel Church. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, FRIDAY, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGE IN SERVICES: Funeral Prayer on Saturday afternoon at 1:15 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Gabriel of The Sorrowful Virgin Church at 2:00 p.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to St. Gabriel School.
