O'Leary, Regis Age 94, on Monday, February 8, 2016, formerly of Knoxville.

Regis is survived by his cousin, Anna Camus and her family, and his longtime friend, Stan Cook. He retired from Allegheny General Hospital. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Friday from 2-6 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Saturday morning at 9:15.
