To the Moore Family, To the family of one of Brentwood's best pharmacists. As a kid growing up in Brentwood, Mr Moore always had a smile for all his customers, and the kids that came in for treats and sodas at the soda fountain in front of the store. We always felt welcome! With deepest sympathy,

I remember growing up going to Moore Pharmacy with my grandparents and getting a soda at the fountain. Brentwood 4th of July parades always included Jimmy in a firetruck and blowing the siren. Later in life as a member of BCUMC, I remember seeing Jimmy doing the collection. I have these fond memories of Jimmy but what I will always remember is his contagious smile. He will be dearly missed.

Heard of Mr. Moore's passing last night. One of the first things I recall was seeing your Dad leave @ a service @ BCUMC from a resulting page. I was in the balcony, where the sinners are. When I saw him go, it was the first time that I realized the dedication he had to the Department, community and helping people in need. Asked my parents who that was and they proudly answered Mr. Moore. What a gift that he gave over the years, much to the consternation of the family, I am sure. That is part of his history! I hope his dedication to others helps each of you at this time and knowing that Dad helped folks amid their tragedies. Last time I was in Pittsburgh, we saw Dad and Bart @ the Eatin Park on 51. Was great to see him out and enjoying himself! Thinking of you all, especially Mom and Debbie! Shelton Towers forever....!
