December 1, 1953 - April 4, 2019

Vogt, Janet L. (Laub), age 65, suddenly on Thursday, April 4, 2019, of Brentwood Borough.

Wife of the late John H. Vogt; mother of Amy (Hugh) Toner of Brentwood, Cindy Huttinger (Don) Smith also of Brentwood; loving grandmother of many grandchildren. Jan was the former owner of Brentwood Station and Vogt's Landscaping and was generously involved in many community activities. A celebration of Jan's life will be held at the Brentwood Presbyterian Church on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. followed by a visitation with friends and family. If desired, family suggests contributions to the Brentwood Food Pantry, 3725 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227. Arrangements handled by John F.     So sorry to learn of Janetâ??s passing. She and John have been known by Joanne and I for many years. John did great landscaping, a pond and an LGB train layout for us. Janet and I both worked in our retirement years for Giant Eagle. Our prayers go out to Janet and her family. Geoffrey and Joanne Giancola
