Obituary For Jean G. Trautman

Age 95, passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, of Bethel Park, formerly of Bridgeville.

Devoted wife of the late John J. Trautman; loving mother of Kenneth (Beverley) Trautman and Diane (Thomas) Lahey; cherished grandmother of Apryl-Lyn (James Brizzi) Loughlin, Kimberly (Rick) Smith, Michael (Lisa) Trautman and Matthew (Sara) Trautman; great-grandmother of 8 and great-great grandmother of 9; sister of Edward (the late Kathie) Godwin and the late Alice (Edward) Luty. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 3-6 p.m. where a funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m.

    So sorry to hear of Jean passing , neighbor on Sylvania Dr . My family grew up next to the Trautmans , amazing people and forever friends with my family ! So many memories of Jean , always kind and sweet . She was so helpful with my dad Russ Miller transitioning to Whitehall , she made him feel welcomed and loved .Forever in my heart Rest in peace .
