We miss you Aunt Jeanne!!! Aunt Jeanne was a one of a kind woman. She was the most loving and giving person. She had a heart of gold and was a brilliant woman. She managed to work very high up in her career while also being the most amazing and involved mother! I have no idea how she did it! Her laugh was contagious and she was always smiling and giggling. She had a gleam in her eye that never went away no matter how hard life got! She had a wonderful sense of humor and knew how to get my Dad (her brother) going. There are no words to describe how sad I am that you are gone Aunt Jeanne. But I know this is not goodbye, it's see ya later! And I know you are with my Dad and your parents and all of your loved ones. I will see you again! I love you, Love Carly!!

Jeanne and I were sister's in law. I married her brother Bob and she became a close friend of mine. Actually more like a real sister and one who I loved unconditionally. Jeanne was a dynamo person! She was pretty, funny, highly intelligent, full of laughter, generous, hard working, and an excellent Mother to two amazing children (Colin and Katie) There was not one thing Jeanne would need to be sorry for, she led her life doing things for everybody else and taking care of the big problems. She helped her younger brothers get into college and loaned them her car to get back and forth when they were desperate. She was an inportant part of her brothers lives and saw to it that they were thriving and carving a future for themselves. Jeanne was a great Mom!!! She was up early everyday and got the children off to the baby sitter or school. She raised her children into being highly successful and talented in many areas. She got them involved in athletics, music, art, dance(even tap dance) and the list goes on. Jeanne raised these marvelous children while earning 3 higher degrees in the hospital field. She worked hard for all of this and her dedication was strong. When I heard Jeanne had passed, I just sobbed. She was a very special person. God must be so thrilled to have her, she will be an angel to people ......she was an angel here and she got her angel wings. I will miss you Jeanne until (I hope) I myself, will see you in heaven. I miss your little high pitched laugh! Goodbye Jeanne, I love you dearly. Peggy Hayden Laffan ( sister in law)
