Obituary For Jeffrey C. Freund, Jr.

Age 43, unexpectedly on Saturday, April 4, 2026, of Overbrook.

Proud father of Jaxson Freund;stepfather of Jarrett; beloved son of the late Jeffrey C. and Jackie L. Freund; cherished brother of Chris Freund; loving boyfriend of Kelly M. Rahner; fun-loving uncle of Averie and Kellan Freund. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers and friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Wednesday, and Thursday, April 8 & 9, 2026 from 3-8 p.m., where a blessing service will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m.

    Our condolences to the entire Freund Family. A strong, loyal, powerful family they are, but this has to be too much. I am so sorry for you loss. Dave and I remember Jeff (and Chris) being in Jeff Sr.'s backpack so he could go hunting while Jackie was off at work. She wanted to kick Jeff Sr.'s butt.
