Beloved wife of the late Jim W.; mother of Claudia "Sam" (John) Shade; grandmother of Amy (Matt) Parrish and Michael (Becky) Mursch; great-grandma of Katelynn and Tayler Parrish and Liam Mursch; sister of Suzanne (the late Norbert) Farkas and the late Nancy (survived by Roger) McDavitt. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Friday morning at 9:45.
