Obituary For John H. "Rusty" Coles II

Age 82, on Thursday, June 4, 2020, of Brentwood.

Beloved husband of 37 years to Carol (Forster); son of the late John and Jesse (Steiner); brother of Robert L. (the late Patricia) and Thomas (Faye) Coles; loving uncle to three nephews, four nieces and their families. Also survived by his beloved dog Misty. Rusty served as an Elder and sang in the choir at Whitehall Presbyterian Church and belonged to Pleasant Hills-Guthrie Masonic Lodge #509. He was a salesman for Crown Buick and upon retirement, enjoyed many years driving for Kirk Livery Service. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, June 7, 2020 from 2-6 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. in Whitehall Presbyterian Church. Everyone please meet at church. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Whitehall Presbyterian Church, 4935 East Willock Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
