Obituary For John Joseph Delia

Age 73, unexpectedly on Friday, March 20, 2026 of Whitehall.

Husband of the late Diane Delia; father of Joseph A. II (Kelly) Delia; grandfather of Madison Delia; brother of David Delia and the late Jo Ellen Haslop. John will be missed by his dear long time friend Helen Hughes-Smith. Also will be missed by Susan Jordan and family, the Bergamasco family, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. John was a proud Life Member of Option Fire Company. John was an avid cat lover. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, on Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of Closing Prayer at 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, John would want donations in his memory sent to a local animal shelter.
