Beloved husband of Catherine A. (Doyle); loving father of Hilda (Eddie Henderson) Jones, John (Anna) Jones, Lisa Jones, Marisa Jones and Missy McAfee; proud grandfather of Hilary, Dasia, Brianna, Shane and Kaylee; great grandfather of Jayce and Jayla. Also will be missed by Angel McAfee, inlaws, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Friday, May 8, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. until time of Blessing Service at 7:45 p.m. Interment will be private.
