Dearest Elaine, Now he is finally at peace. Brother Jack fought a long, hard battle, and you were at his side all the way. Now you can rest as well, but here in this life on earth - in touch with your friends. Jack and your Mom and your Dad and others of your family have gone on, but your friends remain. We do not see you every day, but you, so faithfully and so bravely, keep all your friends close to your heart. You are one of God's heroines, and He is proud of you, I know. You know how to love, and you tirelessly nurture and value all your friendships. You make all of us, your friends, realize what is most important in life - LOVE! Anne & I will have the events of the next few days for you in our minds & hearts. When he comes home for a visit on his birthday, February 8th, we will let our son, David know of your loss of Jack. You know, despite his injury, Dave always remembers you! Please know that we are with you as you send Jack off to his Heavenly reward. Our love be with you, Elaine. Bob & Anne & David
