Obituary For John Paul "Babe" Haley

Age 87, of Baldwin Borough, passed peacefully on April 11, 2025. Beloved husband of the late JoAnne (Fettis) Haley. Adoring father of Gina (Rich) Stanek, Marla Moore, and Paula (Tim) Huschak. Loving pap of Robert (Katie), John Paul "JP" Holtz, Haley, Tyler, Emily Moore, Allison, Nicholas, Juliet Huschak, Brad and Neil (Daron) Stanek. Great-grandfather of John Holtz and Stella Holtz. Brother of the late Anthony "Tony" (survived by Carol) Haley. Visitation will be held at John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, PA 15227 on Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025 in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m.

    Dear Haley family, I was truly heartbroken to hear of johns passing. I have had the pleasure of cutting his hair the last few years. He was such a gentle and kind man. I enjoyed spending that time with him talking about the family which he adored , gardening ,working in the yard and just life in general. It should give you all peace that he is with your mom now.
