Obituary For Joseph G. Thomas

Age 77, after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, of Baldwin Boro.

Beloved husband of Rose (Esposito); loving father of Glenn (Marie) and Kelli (Michael) Graham; proud pappy of Connor, Mason and Kaelin Thomas and Michael, Brandon and Madison Graham; brother of the late John A. Thomas; brother-in-law of Edward (Shirley) Esposito; uncle of Christopher (Stephanie) and Amy Esposito. Joe was retired after 35 years from LTV Steel. He was a hardworking man who adored his grandchildren and was proud to have provided for his family. His family wishes to thank AHN for the care and compassion they provided to Joe. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 3-8 pm. A committal service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. If planning to attend, please meet at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m.
