Age 63, passed peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, September 15, 2024, of Jefferson Hills, formerly of Penn Hills.

Precious son of Carol and the late Joseph Albert; brother of Jeffrey Inverso and John "Sean" (Carrie) Inverso; uncle of Lisa (Darren) Davis and Leanne Inverso; great-uncle of Nathaniel, Julian and Penelope. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Joey was a kind man who loved the Lord with all of his heart, all of his mind and all of his soul. Joey spent many years alongside his dad and brothers at Homecraft Building Center, the family's business. He enjoyed listening to classic rock n' roll and scratch-off lottery tickets.

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday, September 19, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Friday morning at 9:15.
