Obituary For Judith A. Friedel

Age 75, on Friday, August 16, 2024 of Marion Center, PA, formerly of Brookline, PA

Daughter of the late Theresa C. (Magnelli) and John J. Bahr; predeceased in death by just five months of her beloved husband of 37 years, Walter C. Friedel. She is survived by daughters Cynthia (William) Egan, Angela Foster and stepson Cliff (Ursula) Friedel. She is also survived by beloved grandchildren; Andrew, Devin, Sarah, Anthony, Joshua, Emma, Kira and Vanessa as well as many great-grandchildren, family, friends and brother Robert Bahr. Sister of the late Janice Gaetano. Judy loved her career as a Certified Financial Planner for over 25 years. In her free time, Judith enjoyed pottery, painting, crocheting and enjoying life to the fullest. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Monday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, where a blessing service will be held at 12:00 pm. Visitation will continue from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Monday evening. Family suggests donations be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, www.lls.org.

    Janie Bahr

    Judy I will miss you. We had a great deal of fun with our children when they were growing up. Mondays at the YWCA on Wood Street for swimming lessons. Later we put them in dance at Jerry's studio. We did do a bunch of things as they grew up. I will always remember the fun we all had. 😢🙏🏼💔
