Jules was a fellow student at Pittsburgh Academy when I attended in fall 1947. Fond memories of an outgoing very kind and fine person. Late comment due to living in New Jersey now, 86 years in Pittsburgh.

I went before judge Melograne in the late 70s in Bridgeville. (Never met him before) I didn't beat the ticket I was fighting but there was something special about that Judge and after the hearing I said "I'd like you to marry me someday." About 9 years later I looked up the judge in Whitehall and asked if he would marry me. He did & that was 31 years ago. Since then I've randomly seen the judge out and about always friendly. There was something special about this man. Thank You Jules!
