Obituary For Karen Kelly

November 24, 1958 - December 3, 2018

Kelly, Karen, age 60, on Monday, December 3, 2018 of Carrick. Mother of Ashley Farester and the late Arthur Max Farester; grandmother of Jenna Burns and Asa Alubiedy; daughter of Isabelle and the late James Kelly; sister of James F., Jr., Grace Geary, Mary Kelly, Nancy Mihalcin, Jane Fisher, Michael Kelly, Anne Kelly, Matthew Kelly, and the late Patrick and Peter Kelly. Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Karen was a school nurse in the Pittsburgh Public School system. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Saturday morning at 9:45. Funeral Liturgy in Holy Apostles Parish, St. Norbert Church at 10:30 a.m. If desired, family suggests donations to the family to offset final expenses.
