Age 94, passed peacefully on Thursday, January 5, 2023, of Baldwin Borough. Loving wife of the late Andrew J. Lang; caring mother of Dennis (Celeste) Lang of North Carolina, Gary (Nancy) Lang of Peters Township, Paul (Heidi) Lang of South Park, Cynthia (Paul) Puglia of North Carolina, Timothy (Bridget) Lang of West Mifflin and Constance Shade of North Carolina; grandmother of Jeff, Nick, Patrick, Jennifer, Valerie, Matt, Lauren, Biz, Zach, Andy, Brittany, Ryan, Jessica and Natalie; great-grandmother of Austin, Paige, Hayes, Arie and Camille; sister of her late four brothers. Kathy enjoyed bowling, jigsaw and crossword puzzles and loved to read. She was an avid fan of Pittsburgh sports. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, January 8, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Monday morning January 9, 2023 at 9. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Germaine Church at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Baldwin Borough Public Library, 5230 Wolfe Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. 01/08/2023 Michele and I would like to extend our deepest sympathies and our heartfelt condolences to Dennis, Gary, Paul, Timothy Cynthia and Connie. They were both very kind people. I enjoyed knowing and bowing with them. My late husband, Tom, also enjoyed them and some of you when you would come and bowl with them and us.
