Obituary For Kathleen G. Ramsey

March 10, 1917 -December 24, 2016

Ramsey, Kathleen Gregg Peacefully, on Saturday, December 24, 2016, of Friendship Village, formerly of Whitehall, at the age of 99, Kathleen left the world she loved.

Devoted wife of the late Paul T. Ramsey and the former late Edward Gregg; loving mother of Kathleen (Laurence) Thompson, Maureen (Douglas) Kroll, Mark (Tammy) Gregg and Nan Knapp; grandmother of Patrick Thompson, Mark Thompson, Scott Thompson, Kerry Scaff, Ben Kroll and Amber and Ryan Gregg; great-grandmother of Luke and Jake Thompson and Peyton Scaff; stepmother of Paul (the late Mary) Ramsey and Clair (Barbara) Ramsey and survived by her "adopted" daughters Vicki Eisele and Jackie Mangieri. Kathleen made the world a brighter place by her goodness and grace. The family wishes to thank her Friendship Village caretakers for their tender loving care. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Wednesday morning at 9. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas More Church at 10 AM. If desired, family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
