Beloved daughter of Thomas M. Kelley and Tammy L. Holcomb; loving sister of Ryan, Thomas and Chance Kelley; granddaughter of John and Sandy Dourlain of Clermont, FL; niece of Sandy Kelly, Patricia Foster, Mary Brenner, Shannon (Nick) Dourlain Walker and Johnny Dourlain. Also survived by her loving cousins and friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Saturday from 10-3 p.m. A Blessing Service for Kayla will be held at 3:00 p.m.
