Obituary For Kenneth J. Collins

Collins, Kenneth S., age 68, on Monday, April 20, 2020, of Baldwin.

Beloved husband of 50 years to Laurie T. (Watterson); loving father of William M. (Dana) Collins, Jeffrey M. (Shannon) Collins, and the late Kristen K. (survived by James G.) Mulvihill; devoted and cherished grandfather of Ava, Arianna and Nathan Collins; son of the late Elmer "Pat" and Audrey R. (Vogel) Collins; brother of the late Dennis (survived by Sue) Collins, Patricia Weber and Michael Collins. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Kenneth was loved by everyone and will be deeply missed. Visitation and funeral services will be held privately. A celebration of Ken's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227. Family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Miracle League of the South Hills, 1551 Mayview Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241

The memory that stands out most is when KC would see us not working and just jaw jacking with each other he would walk by and say " Hey get his number, call him later" ....
