Age 92, on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, of Baldwin Boro, formerly of Duquesne.

Beloved husband to the late Nancy C. (Mailey); beloved father of Gary (Jennifer) Yost and the late Greg (survived by Rita) Yost; proud Pap to Ryan (Amanda) Heastings, Ross Heastings, Matt Yost, Lauren (Jordan) Westphal and Daniel (Laura) Yost; great-grandfather of Rye, Rip and Hallie; brother of Sylvia Williams, Carolyn Hay and Mary Ellen Carr. Ken was a longtime employee of J&L Steel and LTV Steel and was an avid golfer. He enjoyed watching all Pittsburgh sports. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, January 10, 2025 from 10 until noon. Interment will be held privately.
