Obituary For Lee Rose (Reith) Aiello

Age 81, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2026. Born on September 30, 1944, she was a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Lee is survived by her beloved husband, James Ronald Aiello; her children, Ronald (Natalie) Aiello, Christopher (Judy) Aiello, and Lee Ann (Kevin) Harris; and her cherished grandchildren, Makenna and Lincoln Aiello, Cash and Cruz Aiello, and August and Oliver Harris. She is also survived by her loving sister, Jeanne (Richard) Pack, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, August and Jean Reith.

Lee will be remembered most for her deep love and devotion to her family. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her children and especially her grandchildren, who brought immense happiness to her life. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Monday, April 27, 2026 from 3-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Tuesday morning at 9:45. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Albert the Great Church at 10:30 a.m.

    I am so sorry to see this. I remember Lee over the years, ,always with family and at St. Albert the Great Church, carnivals etc. Always friendly and a big smile for every one. This is a big loss for your family. May you Rest in Peace Lee, you will be missed. Sincerely,
