Obituary For Linda E. Paul

Age 73, of Pleasant Hills, passed peacefully after a brief battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, October 19, 2025.

Daughter of the late Charles and Marg Stauffer; best friend and beloved wife of the late Joseph Paul; devoted mother of Lisa Martin, Bud (Jennifer) Herrod, Jr., Dean Paul and Eric Paul; cherished grandmother of Aaron (Amanda) Herrod and Amanda Rae Herrod; proud great-grandmother of Lilleigh Kostelnik and Audrina Herrod. Also survived by Carol Stauffer, Millie Paul, Barb (Joe) Veraldi and John (Cindy) Paul, along with many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and their families. Also was preceded in death by sister Karen (Bob) Clager, and brothers Chuck, Harry and Russell Stauffer.

Linda was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and found joy in visiting family in North Carolina and Florida. She treasured her time with friends at the Dutch Club and was known for her warmth, humor and unwavering love for her family. She worked at Dollar Bank for 35 years before retiring in 2017.

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Friday morning at 9:45. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Sylvester Church at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions in Linda's memory to the Capt. Harry R. Stauffer Memorial Fund, c/o Gannon University, attn: Mark Gaetta, 109 University Square, Erie, PA 16541.
