Obituary For Louis D. Sobers

Age 92, of Carrick, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022.

Beloved husband of the late Patricia J. Sobers; loving father of Louann (Brian), Lou, Jr., Tricia (Nick) and Stephanie; grandfather of Jill and Caroline; son of the late Louis E. and Anna V. Sobers; brother of Dolores and the late Lucille (the late Bill) and Sylvia. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, their families and Lou's grand dogs Bruno, Bailey and Elmo. Lou served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 8-10 a.m. where a funeral prayer will be held at 10:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Sylvester Church at 10:30 a.m.
