Obituary For Margaret L. Moore

November 5, 1926 - March 29, 2014

Moore, Margaret L. Age 87, on Saturday, March 29, 2014, of Baldwin Wife of the late Wm. S. Moore; mother of Jan Stanley of Charleston, WV, Barbara Dawson (John) of Vienna, WV, and Bill Moore (Kimberly) of Peters Twp.; grandmother of Julie and Bryan Stanley; Jenny Heckman (Carey), Sarah Kiger (Tim), Ryan and Lauren Moore; four great grandchildren. Margie loved her involvement and had been an active member of the Baldwin Community United Methodist Church. She was very family oriented and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Monday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to B.C.U.M.C., 5001 Baptist Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236 or the Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children, 3551 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140-4131.

    Sorry to hear about your loss. I just found out, sorry for not making it to the funeral home. Your mother and father were great people. I remember they always came out to say hi when I was at Gram's on Gardenville.
