August 2, 1931 - November 10, 2014

Sullivan, Margaret (Lowery) "Peggy" Age 83, on Monday, November 10, 2014, of Overbrook.

Beloved wife of 56 yrs. to Joseph P.; loving mother of Edward, Jay (Paula) and Mary Sullivan; proud grandmother of Matthew, Katie and Tara Sullivan; sister of Sr. Mary Mark Lowery, IHM and Br. Mark Lowery, FSC and the late Joseph, Martin, Jack and Regis Lowery; daughter of the late Michael and Catherine (Coyne) of Greenfield. Peggy was a member of the Nurses Society of Western PA. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Thursday from 7-9 p.m and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Saturday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Norbert Church at 10:00 am. If desired, family suggests contributions to St. Norbert Church, 2413 St. Norbert Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15234.

    Mr. Sullivan, Ed, Jay and Mary, Please accept my condolences. Mrs. Sullivan was a great mom and wife, and I have fond memories of coming to the home she made for all of you and opened to the kids of the neighborhood. Chris McNally

    Aunt Peggy was a soft spoken sweetheart. We loved her quick wit and sense of humor at the DSD family reunions. May she rest in peace. Love Brian & Jenny.
