I was shocked to learn of the passing of MSB as we referred to him at Pool City. I worked there 20 years as a salesman and we interacted a gazillion times. I worked directly for him in my last year of employment in customer service. The man was larger than life and will be unreplaceable. Pool City will have to go in a different direction with service and inst. Some of us will know the incredible amount of pool and spa knowledge Mark has taken with him...it could fill a book. RIP my friend, you've earned it.

I was so sad and surprised to hear of Markâ??s passing, he was such a sweet guy that I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know along with Lisa many years ago, we were on a bowling league together. I don't know if you remember me Lisa, but you have my deepest sympathy, we laughed a lot together back then, I havenâ??t forgotten your kindness or Markâ??s, take care, so sorry for your familyâ??s loss.
