Obituary For Marsha (Daugherty) Soltesz

Marsha (Daugherty) Soltesz, age 79, passed on Saturday, June 7, 2025, of Turtle Creek.

Wife of the late David J. Soltesz; mother of Caroline (John) Polena, David (Shereen Singer) Soltesz and Dan Soltesz; grandmother of John Henry and Alexander; daughter of the late Marshall and Mary Daugherty; sister of Patricia Jonseof. Also survived by her nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Monday, June 16, 2025 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Tuesday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at 10:00 a.m.

    I still cannot believe she's gone out of my life- Marsha was a quirky, funny, wonderful woman whom I was honored to call good friend. I will miss the weekly lunches and movies and almost daily chats- there is a HUGE void in my heart where I kept her...RIP
