May 30, 1922 - January 28, 2014

Froelich, Mary E.

Age 91, on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, of Baldwin.

Wife of the late Walter J. Froelich; beloved mother of Walter L. (Jean) Froelich, Jeanne (Jack) Kronkoski and the late Mary Ann (survived by Jerry) Sommer. Mary is also survived by nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; sister of Jim (Lea) Hickey, Betty Obringer, Ed (Dee) Hickey and the late Margaret Schick, Tom Hickey, Irene Hallam, Joe Hickey, Chuck Hickey and Martha Keener. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Friday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Albert the Great Church at 10:00 a.m.

    Jean & Walt, Please accept our deepest sympathy in the passing of your mother. She seemed to be in such good spirits the last time we saw her and were very surprised to hear of her passing.
