February 4, 1926 - February 20, 2017 Kubiak, Mary K. "Grammy" Age 91, on Monday, February 20, 2017, of Whitehall, formerly of Brentwood.

Wife of the late Richard Kubiak; mother of Mary Beth Herzberger of Whitehall and Jay (Maggie) Kubiak of Baldwin; grandmother of Vinnie (Mia) Bywalski, Jason Kubiak, Jillian Lesofsky and Joey (Patti) Kubiak; also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mary K. worked at the Brentwood Medical Group, liked to play golf, and was an avid bridge player. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Thursday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Friday morning at 9:15.
