September 7, 1970 - May 23, 2017

Blackburn, Matthew C., age 46, tragically on May 23, 2017 of Jefferson Hills. Beloved husband of Rebecca A. Blackburn; loving father of Matthew Ryan (Paige Eikey) Blackburn, Haley L. Blackburn and Blake A. Blackburn; adoring son of Robert L. and Darleen (Hummert) Blackburn; brother of Buddy (Melissa) Blackburn, Marion (Jim) McNamara, Bryan (Brenda) Blackburn, Jesse (Julie) Blackburn and Courtney (Ian) Lucas. Also survived by his beloved companion Axel and his loving nieces and nephews. Matthew was owner of M & B Window Cleaning where he was able to work side by side with his son. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 2:00 until the time of service at 8:00 p.m.
