Age 95, on Saturday, January 2, 2021 of Pleasant Hills formerly of Carrick.

Beloved wife of the late Raymond C.; daughter of the late Jacob and Madeline Lippert; sister of Philip (Ann Marie) Lippert, Francis (Teresa) Lippert, Marita Boyle (the late Patrick), Charlotte (August) Dentel; sister-in-law of the late Thelma (John)Lippert, the late Walter (Claire) Kulik the late Catherine (survived by John) Conroy and the late Joseph Lippert. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Mercedes was a retired employee of Kaufmanns. A special thank you to her godson Ronald (Mary Ann) Lippert and their children, Joshua and Jonathan (Holly) for all of their help over the years. Visitation will be held privately at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. in Blessed Trinity Parish at St. Basil's Church.
