Obituary For Michael A. "Poe" Pilarski

Age 60, of Brentwood, peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Friday, December 25, 2020 after a hard fought battle with neuroendocrine cancer.

Beloved husband of 35 years to Denise J. (Yantz); loving dad of Nicole, Melissa (Andrew) Marcic and Jason (Bre Nolla) Pilarski; son of Lois and the late Anthony Pilarski; son-in-law of Helen and the late Lawrence Yantz; brother of Janet (Lawrence) Call; brother-in-law of Debra (Alan) Chodor and Lawrence Yantz. Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Mike was a lifelong Brentwood resident. He was employed as a computer programmer for 32 years. For the last 8 years he worked full-time in maintenance at St. Sylvester Church and also worked part-time at New Wine Harvest Church. He had a passion for basketball and previously coached at St. Sylvester School and Brentwood High School. Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He will be sincerely missed. Visitation and services will be held privately. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements handled by the John F.
