March 7, 1964 - May 9, 2017 Zekas, Michael R. Sr. "Micon Mike", of West Mifflin. Age 53, peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

Beloved husband of Carla Zekas for over 33 years; loving father of Kaylee, Isabella, and the late Jennifer and Michael Zekas, Jr.; Pappy of Austin, Makayla and Michael; son of the late Rocco and Bernice Zekas; brother of Gloria (Chuck) Vidak, Ann (Al) Wong, Janet (Frank) Cristiano, Carol Heck, Rocco (Kathy) Zekas, Tony (Tina) Zekas, Charlotte Zekas, Theresa Hentz and the late Barbara Artzberger and Joann Zekas. Mike is also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews, and is a longtime employee of Micon. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, May 12, 2017 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Saturday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at 10:00 a.m.
