Obituary For Modesta "Moddie" L. (D'Abruzzo) Booth

Age 83, on Saturday, November 7, 2021, of Whitehall. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth; daughter of the late Albert and Philomena (Terreri) D'Abruzzo; sister of Laura (Rich) Shuminsky and the late Albert (Lola) D'Abruzzo. Also survived by her sister-in-law, Leah Booth, and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Moddie was retired from Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. after 36 years of service. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 5-8 p.m. and on Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 2-7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday in Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Germaine Church at 10:00 a.m.
