Obituary For Nancy L. Carraway

Age 84, of South Park passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023.

Wife of the late James O. Carraway; mother of Mark (Joann), James F. (the late Carol), Kenneth (Kimberly), Cindy (Andrew) Wilson and Debbie (John) Callery; grandmother of Megan, Tyler, Heather, Kelsie, Jennifer, Cassandra, Hannah, Keira, Benjamin, Adam, Jared and Heidi; great-grandmother of Dayton, Abigail, Trenton, Preston, Ethan, and Jacob. Also survived by her brother and five sisters. Nancy was a private-first class in the U.S. Army and was a paramedic with Brentwood EMS for 19 years. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, September 3, 2023 from 4-6 p.m. and Monday, September 4, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home Chapel on Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 1:00 p.m. The family will host a luncheon at 2:30 following the burial.
