Mattoon, Patricia "Patty" Adam Bogart Age 90, of Pleasant Hills, passed away June 2, 2014. Mother of Creigh A. Bogart and the late Keith W. Bogart; stepmother of Paul and Larry Mattoon, and Karen; grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of six; daughter of the late Herman W. and Edna Adam (Edna Douty). Patty was married to F. Larry Bogart in 1947, widowed in 1960, married Paul Mattoon in 1961, widowed from Paul. Attended Ohio Wesleyan and Penn State Universities. Patty entered the real estate business in 1959; established Mattoon and Totty in 1966, became the first woman President of the Greater Pittsburgh Board of Realtors in 1975. Board of Directors of Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, National Director of the National Association of Realtors. Served on the Board of Directors of the Woman's Association of the Pittsburgh Symphony Society, Board of Directors of United Way, Scouting Review Committee for the Boy Scouts of America, Advisory Board St Peters Exceptional Children, Founding Member Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and a member of the Pleasant Hills Woman's Club. A private graveside service was held. Arrangements by John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., Brentwood.
