December 14, 1933 - August 22, 2014

Wroblewski, Patricia S. Age 80, on Friday, August 22, 2014, of Southside .

Beloved mother of Michael, Mark (Jan), and Marie Jacovino; grandmother of Michael Christopher, Mark, Toni-Lynn (Garrett), Amy, Bailey, Molly, Chelsea and Matthew; sister of the late Ruth Walch; Gigi of Kyliegh, Cole and Ayla; also survived by her close friend, Helen Sicilia. Patricia lived her life for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Thanks for being the strongest woman ever known and passing it on to us. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Monday, August 25, 2014 from 2:00 - 8:00 pm. Funeral Prayer on Tuesday morning at 9:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sylvester Church at 10. If desired, family suggests contributions to American Cancer Society, Eastern Central Region, Inc., PA Western Region, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205-4620.

    Our deepest condolences to the entire family during this difficult time. Our hearts are particularly heavy for the Jacovino & Donnelly family. Steve and I have shared many fond memories of special occasions shared with the family through the years. May God Bless every member of this extraordinary family. Rest in peace Gigi as I knew her as a sweet,caring, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandma. You all have a extra special guardian Angel watching over and protecting may she forever be with you.
