December 17, 1935 - December 12, 2016

O'Toole, Patrick J. "Bocky" Age 80, on Monday, December 12, 2016, of South Park.

Husband of the late MaryAnne (Proctor); father of Lynda (Chuck) Mirt, Coleen (Scott) Loughman, Pamela (Scott) Krause, Tim (Alicia) O'Toole and Kelli (Jack) Aul; grandfather of Caitlin, Colin and Michael; brother of Eileen (Bob) Koslow, Donald (Vicky) O'Toole and Kathy(Jim) McGinnis. Also survived by best friend and companion, Lady. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a blessing service will be held on Friday morning at 10:30. If desired, family suggests contributions to Three Rivers Hospice and Palliative Care, 1195 Jacks Run Road, N. Versailles, PA 15137.

    So sorry to the O'toole family on their loss of Patrick. I remember him as a hard working man leaving early for work and getting home late. We would be lifting weights in the basement and he would arrive home to a cold beer from Tim. Great man and a great loss. Mick Hewitt
