I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Patrick's passing. I met Pat when he was helping to take care of his neighbors dog when she had been ill.. She was a former coworker of mine and I met Pat to try to help him with the dog.. he and I were both animal lovers so they instantly got along. You didn't have to know him long to know that he was good hearted, a gentle soul, and a true light in this life.. I hope his family and his friends can find comfort in knowing that be will ne a guardian angel watching over all of them.! 🙏❤️

Pat was the brightest light in any room and made anyone that was around him not only feel special but changed people's lives with positive energy that came naturally within him. He could not help but be 100% genuine. I was fortunate to have worked with Pat at Collins Mobile. Pat impacted our entire team in so many ways - so many fond memories. Pat was largely responsible for helping shape a local marketing campaign that started with in his area and then grew to shape a national wide marketing strategy for TMobile. It was a simple but powerful strategy - connect with your local community and make a positive impact. This came naturally for Pat - and anyone who came across Pat will always remember him as smart, friendly , positive, genuine, and always with a great smile from ear to ear. Please accept my deepest sympathies - Pats positive impact will be felt forever among all those that knew him and worked with him.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. McNicholas, Charles, Keri and Drew, Your Patrick is one of the greatest loves of my life. My Irish brother, my Catholic brother, my best friend, my God Parent Partner. All of the music, the laughs, the tears, the best of times and the worst of times. I will cherish Patrick for my whole life. Thank you for sharing his light with me. Patrick was a light that lifted everyone he met. His light will be remembered and celebrated forever. He always shared this prayer with me : "Have no fear for what tomorrow may bring. The same loving God who cares for you today, will take of you tomorrow and every day. God will either shield you from suffering, or give you unfailing strength to bear it. Be at peace, then, and put aside all anxious thoughts and imaginations." St. Francis de Sales ♥️

My condolences to the McNicholas family and to Charles. Pat was loved by so many and will be missed immensely. I'll remember him as enthusiastic and encouraging of others, always smiling and making people laugh, creative and curious, charming and charismatic, and an all-around incredibly decent human. Pat was the best of us. I have known Pat since high school and feel fortunate to have been his friend for so long. Just wish we had him longer.

I'm sorry this happened to you brother. We became friends in St. Ez in first grade in '85 & you & your parents & brothers were always great to me. I was over your house a lot growing up & remember nothing but a neighborhood full of us kids running around. From outside playing ball & that release game to inside playing Nintendo. Then hanging out in high school & through the years since. I send my deepest regards to Bill, Meg, Drew, Kerry & the rest of your family. Rest easy now & we'll see you when we see you. Mike Sullivan
