Obituary For Patrick "Pap" McCaffrey

Age 71, of Brentwood, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 29, 2025.

Beloved husband of 45 years to Lynn (Jones) McCaffrey; loving father of Michael P. (Danielle) McCaffrey and Kara (Joe) Lombardo; proud grandfather of Callie, Connor and Cooper McCaffrey, Rylie and Logan Lombardo; son of Mary McCaffrey. Also survived by many loving friends and family. The title he loved the most was "Pap." Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 1:30-4:30 p.m. and 6:30-8:30 p.m., where Funeral Prayer will be held on Friday morning at 9:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish at St. Sylvester Church at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Light of Life Rescue Mission, 665 Ridge Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
